You’re allowed to change your mind

Listen to your gut

I’m back in LA.

After bouncing between Dubai, London, New York

Airports, time zones, conversations that cracked me open.

And honestly?

I felt a bit anxious coming back.

Because this was the place I said I’d call home.

The place I picked.

The decision I made with my full chest.

But here’s the thing I’ve remembered (again):

Just because you made a decision

doesn’t mean it’s permanent.

We are allowed to change our minds.

To stay for now.

To go again later.

LA feels like home — for now.

But the horizon still calls me. And I’m not afraid to follow it.

I used to make choices like they were contracts for life.

Like if I changed my mind, I’d failed.

Like I wasn’t allowed to pivot, unless it was perfect.

But intuition doesn’t work like that.

It whispers.

It shifts.

It pulses through your body before it makes any sense in your brain.

And I’ve ignored it before that quiet inner nudge.

Don’t.

Don’t gaslight your gut to keep other people comfortable.

Because whether it’s a lease you signed, a job you said yes to, or a love you thought would last forever…

If something’s shifted inside you

listen.

Let the whisper speak.

Ask yourself:

Where in my life am I hiding from the thing my body already knows?

That question changed everything for me.

Maybe it will for you too.
