I’m not good at this… but I’m trying 🌊

I’ll be honest…

I’m not good at switching off.

In fact I'm absolutely terrible!

Not when I run a business on my own.

Not when I’m travelling solo.

Not when there’s no one else to pick up the pieces if I drop the ball.

It’s easy to stay “on.”

Always checking.

Always replying.

Always one Slack ping away from abandoning your peace.

But this week… I’m trying something different.

A few days offline.

No emails. No Slack. No explaining myself.

Just space.

Just silence.

Just me.

Because being “always available” is not a flex.

It’s a fast track to forgetting who you are when no one needs anything from you.

So if you’ve been needing a sign to log off too…

This is it.

✨You don’t need to earn your rest.

✨You don’t need to be exhausted to deserve space.

✨You don’t need to be constantly available to be valuable.

OFH means choosing yourself… even when it’s uncomfortable.

Especially then.

I’ll see you on the other side.
