You don’t need more time.

You need more truth.

Hey love,

Sorry this one is a little late, the time zones on the scheduling app confused me!

I used to say I didn’t have time.

Not enough time to rest.
Not enough time to create.
Not enough time to build the life I actually wanted.

But if you’d asked me to scroll for 30 minutes or people-please my way through someone else’s priorities?
I’d find the time. Every damn time.

That’s the thing about time…
It’s never just about hours.
It’s about honesty.

Over the years, one of the simplest but most sacred rituals I’ve done is track my time.
Not to be more productive.
To be more aligned.

At the end of the week, I look back and ask:

🌀 Did I pour energy into what actually matters?
Or did I spend it on things that just made me feel busy?
Did my calendar reflect my values or my fears?

Sometimes the truth stings.
Like realising I spent 5 hours on admin… and 0 on the offer I’ve been saying I’m “excited” to launch.

Or noticing how much time I gave to other people’s needs… and how little I gave to my own dreams.

But clarity is power.
And time reveals the truth.

Because if you say you want a life of freedom
But planning your freedom gets none of your time each week
That’s not a dream. That’s a delay.

It’s not about shaming yourself.
It’s about showing yourself what matters.

So this is your OFH moment, love:

What would change if you got radically honest about where your time is going — and started spending it like your life depended on it?

Because it does.

With you, in time and truth.
