You Can Love Them Deeply...

And Still Leave

Hi angel,

Some truths feel like heartbreak.

Here’s one:

You can love someone… and still outgrow them.

You can honour the memories,
thank the moments,
and still know
this is no longer your place.

This is the kind of grief no one talks about.

Not the grief of death.
But the grief of becoming.
The grief of choosing you,
even when it breaks your own heart.

Because here's the f*cking paradox:

You can love them.
And leave anyway.

Not from anger.
Not from ego.
But from a knowing so deep it makes you shake.

That’s not betrayal.
That’s self-respect.

OFH isn’t about keeping the peace at the cost of your aliveness.
It’s about telling the truth, even when your voice cracks.
It’s about walking away with love, not spite.

You don’t owe anyone a version of you that doesn’t fit anymore.
You’re allowed to evolve.
Even if it leaves someone behind.

Especially if staying means abandoning yourself.

It’s okay to mourn the love.
And still walk away.

OFH Reminder:

 Grief isn’t failure. It’s a f*cking sign you cared.
Let it move through. Let it make space. Let it be sacred. 🕯️
