You are not your job. 🔑

You are so much more. . .

Somewhere along the way, we got sold this idea that our worth lives in our work.

That our value can be measured in job titles, client rosters, launches, likes, bank balances.

But here’s the thing, work has seasons.
Some are abundant.
Some are slow.
Some make you want to run through the streets shouting, “I fcking did it!”*
Others make you question everything.

If your self-worth is chained to those seasons…
You’re going to feel like a goddess one month and a ghost the next.

I know, because I’ve done it.
I’ve let a slow sales week mean I was slow.
I’ve let a big win mean I was worthy.
It’s exhausting.
And it’s a lie.

Your worth isn’t a KPI.
It’s not a number in your bank account.
It’s not even how “in demand” you are.

It’s who you are when the work is quiet.
It’s the way you love.
The way you move through a room.
The way you show up for yourself when no one’s watching.

So the next time the business is having a high or a low, remember that’s not you.
That’s just the season.

You?
You’re the constant.
You’re the f*cking magic.
With or without the metrics.
