When You Just... Don’t Want To Do It.
It’s okay to not feel it, what matters is how you meet yourself there.
Let’s not pretend.
There are days when you don’t want to do the thing.
Go to work. Move your body. Show up for your business.
Even show up for yourself.
And you know what?
That doesn’t make you broken.
It makes you human.
This isn’t a motivation email.
This is a mirror.
Because OFH isn’t about pushing through at all costs.
It’s about meeting yourself with honesty, and choosing the next true thing from there.
So if today feels heavy…
If your energy is flat, your mind is foggy, your soul is whispering “not now”…
You don’t need to override it.
You don’t need to guilt yourself into action.
You just need to pause long enough to hear what’s real.
Sometimes the answer is rest.
Sometimes it’s softness.
And sometimes, it’s just one small, sacred step, not from force, but from reconnection.
