What are you tolerating?

Here’s the question that broke me open last week:

“What parts of my life only exist because I’ve learned to tolerate the discomfort?”

Read that again.

Not choose.

Not love.

Not align with.

Tolerate.

Like the job that leaves you drained.

The relationship that fits on paper but not in your body.

The version of you that keeps pretending she’s “fine.”

We become experts at endurance.

At shrinking.

At surviving.

At calling a full-body “no” a “maybe I just need to be more grateful.”

But what if…

✨ Your burnout isn’t from doing too much -  it’s from doing what isn’t meant for you.

✨ Your anxiety isn’t the enemy — it’s your body screaming truth.

✨ Your sadness isn’t a glitch — it’s the most honest thing you’ve felt all week.

OFH isn’t about quitting your whole life in a dramatic blaze of glory.

It’s about asking better questions.

Letting the answers rise up through your skin.

And being brave enough to listen.

So I’ll ask you again:

What in your life are you still tolerating?

And what would happen if you stopped?
