The Sacred Rage You’re Not Letting Out

You don’t have to smile through it

There’s a fire in you.

You’ve been holding it back.
Swallowing it.
Smiling through it.
Trying to stay calm. Collected. Palatable.

But underneath?
You’re f*cking furious.

And babe... that’s sacred.

There is nothing wrong with your rage.
What’s wrong is pretending it isn’t there.

This culture taught you to be pleasing.
Quiet. Pretty. Forgiving.
To call it overreacting when really, it was a boundary being broken.
Again.

OFH doesn’t bypass the fire.
OFH feeds it, safely, sacredly, intentionally.

Because rage is a compass.
It’s your system saying:
"Something isn’t right here."
It’s wisdom, not weakness.

So today, I’m giving you full emotional permission to feel it.

Not to lash out.
But to let it move.

You have to let the energy move THROUGH you.

Scream into a pillow.
Go Boxing (this seriously works for me)
Take yourself on a rage walk.
Journal with shaking hands.
Light a candle and tell the f*cking truth.

Don’t suppress it.
Don’t spiritualise it.
Don’t make it pretty.

Let it be messy.
Let it be loud.
Let it be holy.

Because your rage isn’t a threat, it’s a part of your liberation.
