{{first_name|Darling}},
Sometimes you're meant to hold on.
Sometimes you're meant to walk away.
And the sacred art? Is knowing which one you're in.
We get sold this idea that quitting means failure.
That if you were strong enough, you'd stay.
Push through.
Persist.
But babe persistence is not a virtue if it’s making you sick.
Not every mountain is yours to climb.
Not every season is meant to last forever.
🌙
There are seasons for exploration.
For trying things on.
Seeing what fits.
Learning through contrast.
Asking yourself, “Do I actually want this?”, not just “Am I good at it?”
Then there are seasons for persistence.
For consistency.
For deeper devotion.
For building what works — slowly, softly, powerfully.
OFH (Optimising For Happiness) isn’t about always starting over.
But it’s definitely not about staying stuck.
✨
So ask yourself:
What does this version of me need?
More exploration, or more persistence?
Because the most aligned women I know?
Don’t force themselves to “stick it out” when their soul is screaming.
And they don’t sabotage momentum just because it got uncomfortable.
They trust their now.
They listen to their body.
They shift or stay with love.
You don’t need a map.
Just your own honesty.
Radical honesty.
With you,
M x
