It’s permission.

To bleed and bloom.
To weep in the bath and still call yourself powerful.
To hold your heart with both hands and not apologise for its weight.

Emotional wholeness means this:
Nothing is exiled.
Everything belongs.

Your light is valid.
Your darkness is sacred.
You are not too much.
