Get into your body.
Sometimes the mind is so loud, isn’t it?
A thousand tabs open.
Deadlines. Decisions. Drenched nervous system.
You can’t think straight.
You can’t feel straight.
That’s when I move.
Not because it’s “productive.”
Not for the before-and-after pics.
But because movement brings me back to myself.
🌀 Overwhelmed? I walk.
🔥 Frustrated? I run.
🌿 Disconnected? I stretch, I breathe, I let my hips whisper the truth back to me.
My body always knows before my brain does.
And I swear, I’ve never regretted a single class, walk, hike, or hot-girl-solo-dance-session once I’ve started.

Shoulders tense.
Mind foggy.
