It's Monday. . .
Choose how you want to feel.
Good Morning,
I took a few days off emailing you as I’ve had some crazy working weeks, you know the kind where your spinning a million plates (yeah that.)
Had a gorgeous weekend filled with friends, sunshine, pool parties and beach tennis, the kind of weekend I needed after all my screen time last week.
Some weeks the hustle feels like it never ends, trying to honor more of a healthy working balance this week.
Have time blocked my calendar with everything I need to get done (this helps me so much)
But more importantly, I’ve set an intention for how I want to feel.
Balanced, Present & Grateful for where I am.
This week I’m aiming for one task type focus.
One tab open, deep work or lo fi beats kinda playlists, setting the calming rhythm I need.
Hydrating (water was not a priority last week and omg did I feel it in my body and see it in my skin.)
Workouts, I always do pretty well on this, as when this one falls over so do I. I know that about myself now.
What could you do with your time this week, to make it more aligned with how you want to feel?
Pushing through doesn’t get you medals. It often drains your creativity and causes the negative spiral to start.
OFH doesn’t mean we always get it right, it means we are always aware enough that when it’s wrong - we have the power to change it.
