Feedback ≠ Failure

Not every opinion is truth — but patterns are powerful.

You’re not broken because someone criticised you.

And you’re not bulletproof because you ignored it either.

Here’s the reframe:
Feedback is data. Not a damn diagnosis.

Some of us collapse at the first sign of it.
Some of us are so used to it, we stop listening altogether.
Both extremes steal our power.

The real medicine?

Pattern over panic.
Curiosity over collapse.
Self-trust over self-abandonment.

You don’t have to let one comment define your worth.
But if the same truth keeps echoing… tune in.
Not to please. Not to perform. But to evolve.

Because OFH doesn’t mean blocking every voice out.
It means knowing which ones deserve space in your nervous system.

And babe, sometimes the feedback is right.
Sometimes it’s an invitation.
Sometimes… it’s your own voice, mirrored back.

OFH invitation:
What truth keeps repeating itself in your life right now?

Instead of resisting it... get curious.

Feel it. Question it.
Decide for yourself what’s worth keeping.

Because growth isn’t about avoiding feedback.
It’s about choosing what you let shape you. 🕯️
