{{first_name|Darling}},

Last year, I wrote in my vision:
“I want to move my body in honour, not obligation.”

Strength training.
Pilates.
Morning walks.

Not because I “should”, but because I know how it makes me feel.

Clearer.
Calmer.
More capable.

So I made it easy for myself.
Laid my gym clothes out the night before.
No drama. No excuses.
Just a silent promise to the woman I’m becoming.

And here’s what I found:

The mornings I train before I work?

Everything flows better.
My nervous system is steadier.
My decision-making is sharper.
It’s like I’ve already done the hard thing before the day even begins.

That one rep I didn’t think I could do?
That’s the micro-win that primes my whole day.

Because my brain might whisper :
“This is too hard.”

But my body already knows:
"We’ve done hard things. That extra 1KG on the weights you didn't think you could lift... but you did. We can do this too."

OFH isn’t just meditation and mindset.
It’s nervous system rituals.
Tiny acts of self-respect.
Micro-movements that create macro shifts.

So here’s your reminder:
Move your body, not as punishment.
But as a way to honour your power.
As a way to whisper back to your doubt:
“Watch me.”

If movement wasn’t about “fitness” but about self-trust how would you show up differently?

With love,
M x
